Bharatanatyam Classes – Saadhana School of Dance
My name is Tejaswi Y. I am a Bharatanatyam dancer and have been learning under the tutelage of Smt. Kalaimamani Ramya Ramnarayan since the age of 13. I hold a Masters in Bharatanatyam from the University of Hyderabad (Gold Medalist under the guidance of Sri Pasumarthy Ramalinga Sastry). I have been teaching for many years and am open to taking on new students virtually (because of COVID). Ages 6+ Are welcome
Classes are generally 1 hour long and I can be flexible on scheduling on weekday evenings
Classes will consist of:
1. Conditioning- body training, stretching, and warm up workouts
2. Core Technique and Repertoire – basic steps to advanced performance pieces
3. Dance Theory – general music composition and choreography concepts
