LARGE lobby/meeting area

White board in the lobby area
Mini fridge in the lobby area
Microwave in lobby area
Working printer/scanner/fax machine
ATT Fiber Wi-fi will be provided if needed

I do not work from this office and the only time I would visit the office is to grab mail or something from the other room, this will not feel like a shared space arrangement.
