Hi All, Isha Teacher will conduct a Hatha Yoga session in San Ramon on one of weekends for the convenience of Tri-Valley residents.
There are variety of Hatha Yoga programs and Surya Kriya is for beginners. All these programs are designed by Sadguru.

Age requirement is 14+ years as given in the link.
There is one time fee involved for the session and you can practice at home at your convenience. Cost depends on number of participants for semi-private session. If you attend the session in Woodside, the cost is shown in the above link.
If you are interested in Isha’s yogic practices, pl. let us know we will announce the day and time in San Ramon. Surya Kriya requires 2 sessions each session 2-3 hours. First available dates are Nov 14-15, in the later afternoon 4-7pm.
