I am the 3rd owner, bought it last June at 171000 Miles. Bought it for my parents who traveled-in, and now selling it as they have traveled back and I already have a Civic.
Has never had any issues as I like to maintain my Cars pretty well, so it has a New Battery (30 AM AC Delco), New Starters, New Spark-Plugs – all services done on time. Tags intact until October 2015
Clean Title (Pink-slip in hand), SMOG and clean records on this 3-rd owner CA Van with 17 Dealership records / 1st owner owned it for 12 years, I owned it for the last 12 months.
SRS light is on because of a Manufacturing recall, which could be performed for free at any Honda Dealership. (I have spoken to the Honda dealership and have a confirmation number as our Car is in waiting list for 30 days as they have to procure – you can use the same confirmation number as well)
Runs awesome and drives amazingly great, Dent in passenger rear door but otherwise clean body and paint.
