Institute of Indian Music Bay Area in affiliation with Sarbabharatiya Sangeet-O-Sankskriti Parishad (SSSP) is organizing a workshop of Indian Vocal music. It will be conducted by eminent singer, performer and trainer from Kolkata – Sri Alak Roy Choudhury.

1. Voice training tips
2. Breathing techniques to enhance vocal range and effortless singing
3. Songs (Bhajan, Some popular old Bollywood Hindi songs for kids, Hindi translated Rabindrasangeet) < Lyrics of the songs will be provided to the participants as printouts to facilitate easy learning
4. General guidance and Q&A on Indian vocal music and training
Fees: $50 per attendee. For kids 1 parent may accompany and attend the workshop as audience
