Mind Craft Academy is now accepting students for our Homework Club and Common Core Programs in San Ramon, Danville area. We offer supervised tutoring and quality classes for 1st to 8th grade students in a safe and professional studying environment. Our center is designed with small class sizes to offer personalized attention.
Homework Club ensures the students fully understand their homework and correctly complete it. Supplemental material is provided to reinforce academic concepts through applications. We also provide an enrichment curriculum to strengthen students’ core competencies. Daily sessions are from 3:00 – 6:30 pm. We provide monthly programs where you can select between 1 to 5 days a week suiting the student’s individual schedule and needs.
Mind Craft Academy also offering Chess, USCF Rated Chess Tournament every Saturday, Chinese, and one-on-one tutoring.

Hi! – I am looking for a daily part time housekeeper and cook to help a busy mother of 3 kids. I will need someone to help early in the mornings get the kids ready for school/summer camp and out the door in a timely manner. After which I will need that person to do light housekeeping like fold clean laundry and put it away in the kids closets, tidy up toys/books, unload/load the dishwasher and generally keep the house clean and tidy. No bathroom cleaning or bed making etc is required. Should be able to cook light meals (ability to cook indian food a plus) mostly for the kids and then clean up after cooking. Hours need are from 7:30am- 12:30 or 1:30 pm and should have own transportation and references.
Must be pet friendly, I have 2 dogs. Pay is $13/hour. Position is in East Dublin.

coverpicjbDr. Jyothi Bathina has a Ph.D. in English, is a professor of education at California State University, and is the English Department Chair at the highly reputable and rigorous Quarry Lane School in Dublin. Dr. Bathina has been teaching for over a decade and has published five books and several articles on literacy and critical thinking in the top academic journals. She has presented nationally and internationally regarding effective education practices.
Beginning this fall, Dr. Bathina will be offering small group sessions for middle and high school students. Students will practice content a literacy, becoming highly effective readers, writers and thinkers in every academic subject. Students will also engage in critical thinking activities so that they can effortlessly navigate the world of school, and conquer the challenges of university admission and higher education.
Reading: By working in groups, students become skilled at decoding, comprehending, discussing and analyzing text.
Writing: Students will practice various forms of academic writing and implement their knowledge to write their own books and become published authors over the course of the academic year.
Classes will be held in San Ramon.

Hi , Kiran’s Montessori Preschool is a state licensed facility and I am opening my doors for Saturday care as well. If you have to catch a movie with friends, or run errands, you can leave your child in my care. I am a fully trained preschool teacher and have completed my   CPR/First aid training, fingerprinted, and background checked.  I have over 10 years of experience working with preschoolers and understand their developmental needs.
For ages 2.5 to 7yrs of age. 10 am – 3 p.m. 3 hr minimum stay is required. Snacks, hot lunch will be provided, depending on the duration of the stay. Reasonable hourly rate. This also includes outdoor time, arts and crafts, board games all in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
