Back Pain Yoga Therapy Classes for Women at Gale Ranch

Hello, Namaste,
I’m starting Back Pain Yoga Therapy classes for women.

  • Timings : Tuesday / Thursday – 10.30 to 11.30am
  • These classes will focus on releasing tension, strengthening back muscles and  relieving stress in the lower back and hips.
  • The postures will be gentle and it will be a relaxed movement of postures and breathing.
  • Each class is 12$; the whole course is 10 classes.
